OBJECTIVES

Raising awareness on the role of the trade union’s representative in a multinational company.

To deepen characteristics, functioning and relations in a TNC and learning tools and techniques to acquire and manage information. Promoting the role and functioning of the EWC and to enhance its effectiveness through a conscious understanding of the tools and their areas of intervention to support the action of trade unions in the perimeter of the multinationals.

TARGET GROUP

  • 13 participants
  • 13 involved multinationals (delegates):

McDonald’s Italia, Jungheinrich, Volkswagen Italia, H&M, Carrefour, Altran, Obi, Mondoffice, Bosch Rexroth, Alten, Ricoh, RS Components spa e Arval.

  • 2 days and a half of lectures, group works, simulations and comparisons
